Faisal Hills Payment Plan and Instalment Schedule
Plots in Faisal Hills (→ homepage), the RDA-approved society on the Main GT Road (N-5) near Taxila, are sold either on instalments or in full. An instalment purchase means a registration fee, a booking amount paid as a down payment, then quarterly instalments until the balance clears. Paying in full attracts a discount.
Faisal Hills Payment Plan at a Glance

How the Payment Plan Works
Buying on instalments here follows a fixed sequence:
| Step # | Payment Stage / Fee | Operational Rule & Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Step 1 | Registration fee | Paid once at booking and normally non-refundable. |
| Step 2 | Booking amount | The down payment that reserves the plot and is the largest single sum you pay. |
| Step 3 | Quarterly instalments | Every three months until the balance clears. |
| Step 4 | Possession charges | Where the block's schedule includes them, payable at handover. |
| Step 5 | Position premiums | Where the plot is a corner, on a main road or park-facing. |
| Component | Published Scope & Verification Requirement |
|---|---|
| What the down payment covers | Published descriptions say it covers file processing, priority allocation, development charges and confirmation of the booking. That last point matters: if development charges sit inside the price, your total is lower than a comparable plot where they are billed separately. Confirm which applies. |
| What you receive after booking | Expect a receipt for the booking amount, then your file or allotment documentation with the plot or file number. One published account puts the file issue at three to four weeks after booking. Keep every receipt, and check that the name and plot details match your CNIC exactly. |
The Most Recent Schedule We Hold: Prime Block
The figures below were published for Prime Block. The same figures have since appeared against Block D on at least one dealer site, which we believe is a copy-paste error rather than a genuine match, so do not assume they apply society-wide.
| Plot size | Total price (PKR) | Booking amount (PKR) | 10 quarterly instalments (PKR) | Lump sum at 20% off (PKR) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5.55 Marla (5 Marla, 25 × 50) | 5,990,000 | 1,990,000 | 400,000 | 4,792,000 |
| 8 Marla (30 × 60) | 8,470,000 | 2,570,000 | 590,000 | 6,776,000 |
| 10.89 Marla (10 Marla, 35 × 70) | 11,170,000 | 3,370,000 | 780,000 | 8,936,000 |
| 1 Kanal (50 × 90) | 19,290,000 | 5,790,000 | 1,350,000 | 15,432,000 |
| 2 Kanal | 37,360,000 | 11,210,000 | 2,615,000 | 29,888,000 |
Schedule as published for Prime Block. Every row reconciles: the booking amount plus ten instalments equals the total, and each lump-sum figure is exactly 80% of it. Prices are set by the developer and change without notice.
| Dimension / Topic | Official Specification & Guidance |
|---|---|
| Why the sizes read 5.55 and 10.89 | Faisal Hills schedules measure a Marla at 225 sq ft, while most listings use 250. The same 25 × 50 ft plot is 5 Marla on one measure and 5.55 on the other, and a 35 × 70 ft plot is 10 or 10.89. Compare plots by dimensions and square feet; our Faisal Hills blocks (→ blocks hub) explains the conventions in full. |
| 14 Marla availability status | 14 Marla is not on this schedule. Prime Block's published sizes run 5.55, 8 and 10.89 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal. The 40 × 80 ft plot sold as 14 Marla (14.22 on the developer's measure) exists in Blocks A, B and D, but no instalment schedule has been published for it that we can verify. If you want a 14 Marla plot on instalments, ask the sales office for a current schedule rather than working from a figure found online. |
Worked Example: What a 5 Marla plot actually costs
Booking a 5.55 Marla plot (25 × 50 ft, sold as 5 Marla) on the Prime Block schedule means PKR 1,990,000 at booking, about 33% of the price, plus the registration fee. Then ten quarterly payments of PKR 400,000, reaching PKR 5,990,000 over two and a half years.
Paying in full instead costs PKR 4,792,000, a saving of PKR 1,198,000 against the instalment total. A corner or main-road plot carries a premium on top.
Payment Plans by Block
Terms differ by block, and this is where most confusion starts. Instalment availability also changes as blocks sell out, so treat this as a guide and confirm the terms for the block you want.

Executive Block
Some sources describe a 16-instalment plan with a possession fee; the developer-linked site says cash only

Block A
Developer inventory reported exhausted, so purchases are resale

Prime Block
The main block with an active developer plan

Block B
Commercial plots offer structured installment terms

Block B Extension
Primarily resale market transactions

Block C
Stated plainly on the developer-linked prices guide

Block D
Five different schedules have been published for this block
If a block is full payment only, the plan on this page does not apply to it. For market rates by block, including resale, see our Faisal Hills plot prices (→ prices page): plot prices and payment plans are different things, and mixing them is how buyers end up comparing the wrong numbers.
Why You Will See Different Payment Plans Online
Search for this society's payment plan and you will find schedules that contradict each other. They are not all wrong; most are simply old, and almost none carry a date.
| Structure | Where it appears | Term |
|---|---|---|
| 10 quarterly instalments, 20% discount | Current dealer and network pages, 2026 | 2.5 years |
| 14 quarterly instalments, 20% discount | Society pages and the Prime Block launch, 2025 to 2026 | 3.5 years |
| 16 quarterly instalments plus a possession fee, 21% discount | Block-wise plans for Executive, A, C and D | 4 years |
| 15 quarterly instalments plus a possession charge | A Block D dealer page, 2025 | Not stated |
| Four-year quarterly instalments, up to 15% down | An agency project page, Prime Block | 4 years |
| Full cash only | Developer-linked prices guide, 2026 | Not applicable |
What to do with that. Only the schedule the developer has issued for the current month applies to a new booking. If a figure looks unusually low, check which plan it came from and when it was published. Ask for the schedule on paper, with a date on it.
What You Pay Besides the Plot Price
| Cost Component | Description & Payment Timing |
|---|---|
| Registration fee | One-off at booking, reported at PKR 15,000 and PKR 20,000 by different sources. |
| Possession charges | Included in some block schedules and absent from others. Block C is described as having none. |
| Position premiums | The developer group's published terms for a sister project set these at 15% for corner plots, 10% for main road and 5% for a short corner or green-facing plot. Confirm whether the same applies here. |
| Taxes | One block schedule lists GST as a component. |
| Transfer fee | Payable when a plot changes hands, which applies to resale rather than new bookings. |
| Development charges | Which may already sit inside the price. Check rather than assume. |
How to Pay
Payment routes matter as much as the figures, and getting them wrong is how buyers lose money.
| # | Payment Rule & Verification Protocol |
|---|---|
| 1 | Pay by pay order or demand draft made out to the developer's registered company name. |
| 2 | Cheques are not accepted under the group's published terms for a sister project; confirm the position here. |
| 3 | Keep the receipt for every payment, and expect a booking acknowledgement followed by your allotment documentation. |
| 4 | Never pay cash to an individual, and never pay into a personal account. |
| Buyer Category / Situation | Policy & Official Procedure |
|---|---|
| Overseas buyers | Overseas Pakistanis can book using a NICOP or passport, with payment through official banking channels. Published developer schedules have included bank account details for both overseas and domestic transfers. Take the current account details from the sales office or the developer's own downloads section (→ faisaltowngroup.com/downloads), not from any copy circulating online. |
| Resale Purchases | If you buy from an existing owner rather than the developer, the payment plan on this page does not apply. A resale is normally settled in full at transfer, and any remaining instalments on a file are a matter between you and the seller. What governs a resale instead is the transfer process: ownership verification, the No Demand Certificate confirming no dues remain, and the transfer recorded at the society office. Our plot verification guide (→ buying guide) sets out the sequence. |
| If You Miss an Instalment | Instalment schedules usually carry a surcharge for late payment, and repeated default can lead to cancellation with deductions. The published Faisal Hills schedules we have seen do not state the policy, so confirm it in writing before you commit. Ask specifically: what is the grace period, what is the surcharge, and at what point is a booking cancelled. |
| Commercial Plot Payment Terms | Commercial plots are priced and scheduled separately from residential plots. One source describes residential plots as full payment while commercial plots are offered on instalments with a down payment, quarterly instalments and a possession amount. Commercial sizes vary by block, from around 30 × 25 ft up to much larger plots in the Executive Block. Ask us for the commercial schedule for the specific block and size you are considering. |
