Faisal Hills Block A: Plot Prices, Possession and Plots for Sale
Block A is the largest established residential block in Faisal Hills, between Block B and the Executive Block, reached from the GT Road (N-5) entrance along the main boulevard. Roads are carpeted, utilities are in and families already live here, so buyers can build rather than wait.
It is also the society's most actively traded block. Developer inventory is reported to be exhausted, so almost every purchase here is a resale transfer rather than a fresh booking.
| Position | Between Block B and the Executive Block |
| Residential sizes | 5, 8, 10 and 14 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal |
| Commercial sizes | 9.6 Marla up to 2 Kanal |
| How you buy | Resale transfer, settled in full |
| Possession | Granted |
| Legal status | Within the RDA-approved Faisal Hills scheme |
Where Block A Is
Block A sits between Block B and the Executive Block, off the society's main boulevard. Because it borders the Executive Block, the school, mosque and commercial area near the entrance are a short drive away.
Faisal Hills is marketed as an Islamabad address. The society itself lies in Rawalpindi District near Taxila, under the Rawalpindi Development Authority.
Published drive times for this block range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes to the airport depending on which website you read, which tells you how little they can be relied on. We publish a time only where our own team has driven the route, with the distance and the time of day. Directions are on our Faisal Hills location.

Block A Map and Master Plan
The block is laid out around the main boulevard, with residential streets behind it and commercial plots on the wider roads. Use the map to check a plot's position, facing and street width before you commit.
Reported road widths differ between sources: one describes 120-foot main roads with 40, 50 and 60-foot residential streets, another gives a minimum of 40 feet rising to 110 feet, alongside the 225-foot main boulevard. The society-wide plan is on our Faisal Hills master plan.
Plot Sizes in Block A
Official dimensions, area in square feet and yards, and standard sold classifications:
| Dimensions (ft) | Area (sq ft) | Area (sq yds) | Sold as |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 × 50 | 1,250 | 139 | 5 Marla |
| 30 × 60 | 1,800 | 200 | 8 Marla |
| 35 × 70 | 2,450 | 272 | 10 Marla |
| 40 × 80 | 3,200 | 356 | 14 Marla |
| 50 × 90 | 4,500 | 500 | 1 Kanal |
| 75 × 120 | 9,000 | 1,000 | 2 Kanal |
Block A listings regularly include a 6 Marla plot at 30 × 50 ft, along with 5.5 Marla, 10.9 Marla and 1.2 Kanal descriptions. Some are genuinely non-standard plots; others are standard plots measured with a different Marla size, since Faisal Hills schedules use a 225 sq ft Marla while many listings use 250.
Block A Plot Prices
Two sets of figures circulate and they measure different things. The published range is the band quoted across the market; asking prices are what sellers are advertising now.
| Plot size | Published range | Recent asking prices |
|---|---|---|
| 5 Marla | PKR 55 to 70 lakh | PKR 55 to 95 lakh, most between 72 and 85 |
| 8 Marla | PKR 75 lakh to 1.25 crore | Around PKR 1.22 crore (Margalla-facing) |
| 10 Marla | PKR 95 lakh to 1.4 crore | PKR 1.35 to 1.65 crore |
| 14 Marla | PKR 1.2 to 1.7 crore | Not observed in the current sample |
| 1 Kanal | PKR 1.45 to 2.25 crore | Not observed in the current sample |
| 2 Kanal | PKR 2.7 to 3.5 crore | PKR 3.1 to 3.2 crore |
Asking prices observed in September 2026 across roughly 370 residential listings on a major property portal. Corner, main double road, park-facing and Margalla-facing plots sell above standard plots in the same street. Full block-by-block figures: Faisal Hills plot prices.
⚠️ Treat very low quotes with caution. One widely read price guide puts Block A 5 Marla plots at PKR 30 to 45 lakh, roughly half what the market is currently asking.
Larger plots cost less per square foot
Converting those asking prices to a rate per square foot shows a consistent pattern:
| Plot size | Approx. rate per sq ft | Value Efficiency Note |
|---|---|---|
| 5 Marla | PKR 4,400 to 7,600 | Deepest entry demand and liquidity |
| 8 to 10 Marla | PKR 5,500 to 6,800 | Standard executive living |
| 1.2 Kanal | Around PKR 5,200 | Custom home size |
| 2 Kanal | Around PKR 3,500 | Best value per sq ft in the block (~50% lower rate) |
Files and possession plots
A file is a booking whose instalments may still be running. A possession plot has been handed over and can be built on. Possession plots trade at a premium over files in the same block and street. Block A listings usually state "possession", "NDC open" or "all dues clear", and those words move the price.
2 Kanal Plots, Commercials & Apartments in Block A
2 Kanal Plots in Block A
Block A is one of only two blocks in the society offering 2 Kanal plots. At 75 × 120 ft they suit buyers building a large custom home rather than investors seeking a quick resale, and as the rate table shows, they are the best value per square foot in the block.
Commercial Plots in Block A
Commercial plots run from 9.6 Marla up to 2 Kanal. A boulevard-facing commercial plot of around 2.1 Kanal was recently listed at PKR 26 crore, close to PKR 27,500 per square foot, roughly four to five times the residential rate.
Sources disagree on whether the society's main commercial hub sits in Block A or in the Executive Block. Before buying commercial land here, confirm which commercial area you are buying into and what is planned around it.
Apartments in Block A
Two mixed-use buildings sit inside the block, which suits buyers who want a finished unit rather than land:
- ZN Tower 1, in Block A Markaz, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments above ground-floor shops and offices. Reported construction progress ranges from 70% to 90% across sources, and the builder is described variously as ZN Builders and Gondal Group of Marketing.
- Serene Hills, a mixed-use project by Makaan Solutions with apartments and shops.
Apartment pricing has been quoted from around PKR 13,000 per square foot, against roughly PKR 3,500 to 7,600 for residential land in the same block. You are paying for the built structure, so compare on total cost and rental potential rather than the headline rate.

Who Block A Suits, and What to Weigh
It tends to suit families who want to build immediately in a finished block, buyers who want a larger plot at the society's best rate per square foot, and investors who value liquidity: Block A carries by far the deepest resale inventory in Faisal Hills, with roughly 400 plots listed on a single major portal in September 2026 against about 80 in the Executive Block.
Why Buyers Choose Block A
- ✓Immediate Construction: Full ready possession with active utilities and 500+ resident families.
- ✓Best Value on Larger Plots: 2 Kanal plots offer ~PKR 3,500/sq ft (half the per-sq-ft rate of 5M).
- ✓Highest Resale Liquidity: Deepest market inventory in Faisal Hills (~400 active listings).
If you are buying as an investment, weigh these first:
- !The price spread is wide: Asking prices for the same 5 Marla size ran from 55 to 95 lakh. Position, land condition and possession status explain most of it, so a plot is easy to overpay for without checking comparables.
- !There is no developer payment plan here: With inventory reportedly sold out, you buy from a seller and settle in full, which rules out the instalment route available in newer blocks.
- !Diligence sits on the transfer: The NDC, the possession letter and the allotment record matter more than anything else in the transaction.
- !Larger plots are cheaper per square foot but slower to resell: 5 and 8 Marla plots have the deepest demand and highest liquidity.
- !Published information about this block conflicts: Including where the commercial hub sits and where the Arc Monument is. Confirm anything that affects your plot's value.
We do not publish expected returns or appreciation figures for Block A, because no verifiable source supports them.

Possession and Building
Development means the infrastructure is finished: roads, sewerage, water, electricity and street lighting. Possession means the developer has formally handed your plot over and issued a possession letter, and only then can construction legally begin. In Block A, possession has been granted and plots are commonly advertised as ready to build. Confirm it in writing for your exact plot number, and check the society's construction approval requirements before you start.
